The Notifications page lists all email notifications generated by the platform. From here, administrators can control which events trigger emails, ensuring staff only receive the communications that matter most.

⚠️ Disabling an email notification does not remove the associated in-platform alert. Users will still see notifications within ProgressTeaching.
Appraisal deadline reminders are managed separately and can be configured in Appraisal > Configuration > Cycle.

Keep key alerts active – events such as Feedback Published or Action Step Completed help staff stay engaged in their development.
Balance email and in-platform alerts – remember that even if emails are disabled, in-platform notifications will still appear.
